Welcome to Pamper Me Silly home to Just Bella, a small handcrafted business. We take great pride in creating products that promote hydration, moisturizing, soothing, and helps to revitalize the skin and hair. Here at Pamper Me Silly we want to support the healthy glow in you, by striving to formulate the best products with the finest natural butters, oils and nutrients. We have been supporting that healthy glow since 2013, we’ve toured some of the major cities on the east coast, such as New York, Philly, and Washington D.C. Our products have been featured in the Annual Sista Women’s Conference, the annual Baltimore Hair Expo and Shecky’s events.
